THE ALMIGHTY Frontman Goes Solo

THE ALMIGHTY mainman Ricky Warwick has signed a solo deal with Peer Music and will issue his first solo effort at the end of the year, according to Britain's Metal Hammer magazine. The as-yet-untitled album will be reportedly be produced by DEF LEPPARD vocalist Joe Elliott (who also contributed to THE ALMIGHTY's most recent album, Psycho Narco),and will include compositions co-written by the DEF LEPPARD singer. No song titles have thus far been revealed, but word has it that the music is likely to "have a REPLACEMENTS / STEVE EARLE / TOMMY PETTY kinda vibe."
